- Event Data: Organization details, events, volunteer shifts, and registrations
- Usage Information: How you interact with our platform to improve the service

- Ensure platform security and prevent fraud
We may use aggregate, anonymized statistics to understand platform usage and improve our products, but we have no incentive or desire to do so in ways that compromise your privacy.

Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to deliver our service:

- Stripe: We use Stripe for payment processing, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects payment information, contact details, and transaction data to process payments, prevent fraud, and meet regulatory requirements. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud prevention and detection, authentication, analytics related to the performance of its services, and to enhance and customize the user experience. These providers handle their respective data according to their own privacy policies.
Your Rights
You have control over your data:
- Access: You can view your information at any time through your account
- Correction: You can update your information directly in your account settings
- Deletion: You can delete organizations and associated data directly within the application at any time. For complete account deletion or more comprehensive data removal requests, please contact us. We will process your request promptly, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records (such as tax and transaction records).
Note: Some information may be retained by our payment processor (Stripe) for compliance with financial regulations, fraud prevention, and legal requirements. We do not control Stripe's data retention policies, but you can contact them directly regarding their data handling practices.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
